All fees are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change. There is no application fee. The regular application deadline is November 15, 2021. Applications are considered on a rolling basis and the program can close early if enrollment quotas are met.

Within two weeks (10 business days) of receiving the official acceptance email, a $500 confirmation deposit is due. The deposit is applied to the overall program fees. 50% of the balance due must be paid by January 1, 2022 with full payment due, no later than, April 15, 2022. All fees, including the application fee, are refundable through February 15, 2022.

Late applications, after February 15, 2022, must pay 50% of the balance due within 5 days of acceptance. 100% of the balance due must be paid with 10 days of acceptance or no later than April 15, 2022 (whichever comes first).

Coronavirus (COVID-19) information and our cancellation policy

The novel coronavirus - COVID-19 - may impact your travel abroad. We encourage you to check with the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and local government authorities for more information about the impact of COVID-19 - on the destinations included our itinerary. We want you to have peace of mind when studying abroad with us and will refund all fees through February 15, 2022 upon request.

We constantly monitor the health and safety information for the destinations on our itinerary. If our ability to safely deliver a program is in any way jeopardized, we will cancel the program and provide a full refund. If there are travel restrictions in any destination included on the itinerary, we may modify the itinerary to avoid this destination. If we significantly modify the itinerary in any way, we will notify you by email within 24 hours of the change. You may request a full refund with 15 days of receipt of this notification.
